Shanghai Chunfen Industrial Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Suzhou Winsure Optical Science and Technology Co., Ltd, designed the first set of high-speed capture scene lighting in 2017, and it has gone through 4 years in the blink of an eye. By September 2020, the project will be officially established to establish an independent operating entity, a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and technical services. In order to enhance the company´ S R&D capabilities, it has introduced advanced GMP-3000 distribution photometer, rapid spectral analysis system, Environmental reliability testing equipment, electrical performance testing equipment, five-axis five-link CNC machining center and a number of advanced processing equipment. Relying on the Institute of Electric Light Sources of Fudan University and Dalian Maritime University, the project is supported by software technologies such as technology empowerment, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things applications. The company develops and produces a research and development team. Special customization: There is no standard product in the market, and product customization for special application scenarios. Product design: Design extreme products such as high temperature, high pressure and high cold according to customer needs. Scenario simulation: Simulate application scenarios through dedicated FEA software. Intelligent manufacturing: The core components are processed and automatically assembled by five-axis and five-link CNC. The company develops and produces a research and development team composed of 2 doctors in professional fields, senior technicians, mechanical design, and automation control. Continue to enhance R&D capabilities, from special customization to intelligent manufacturing closed-loop services, and take customer needs as its own responsibility.
